Initial appointments

Initial appointments are
between 60-75 minutes long. During your intake we will review your medical history, eating patterns and goals to come up with a plan moving forward.

Follow-up appointments

Our follow-up appointments range from 30-60 minutes and may range from weekly to biweekly. During these sessions we will reflect on your goals and progress, solve any barriers and review resources and ideas to help meet your goals. We recommend a minimum of 3-4 follow-up sessions.
